"Very unprofessional and rude. I purchased a rental insurance a year ago, after moving out from my apartment I canceled the policy, but they kept charging my bank account. I sent couple of emails, as I needed the prove that my insurance was canceled, but Flor never replied my emails. Once I talked to heron phone, she said that she will find out what's the issue and be back with me. After 1 week of waiting, I called her office again, another agent answered. I was trying to explain what was the issue and instead of apologizing for their mistake, she just dropped the phone. When I called back, she said that she dropped because I was rude. Really? You are charging my bank account, even though I cancelled the service 5 months ago, basically stealing my money! and when I complain and ask them to correct their mistake and stop charging me, I am the one who is rude? Stay away from this office, they are unprofessionals."
